We look for suitable candidates who can fill the position as below:

Land Transport Supervisor

To ensure the high services standards are implemented and delivered by all drivers for customer satisfaction
To ensure all driver are comply with Company's Site Transpoertation standards
To establish check list identify any defect prior to daily operation and perform inspection. In the event of defect identified
To hold the defect vehicle being operated and report to Company's Fleet Supervisor
To perform and responsible to ensure that all operated vehicles are in safe and reliable condition
In coordination with Project Manager and Company's Fleet Supervisor and Maintenance Department to ensure that all vehicle will have regular preventive maintennace as per schedule and immediate corrective maintenance for any irregularities
To handle any complaint from customer and make record of it from improvement
Maintain and provides performance reports, accident reports, etc.

Bachelor degree in Transportation Managemet, Management/Accounting or Engineering Degree from reputable Institute/ University
Must have at least 4 years in Transportation or Suplply Chain, at least 3 years at Supervisor level
Have good knowledge in Transportation Management and excellent skill an fleet allocation planning and man management
Have an experience in managing at least 50 fleets
Understabd HSE natter, regukations, code and standards apllicable to all work items under this contract
Have excellent skill in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning and organization
Computer literate, good knowledege of Ms office operation
Fluent in both spoken and written English

Swiss-Belhotel International, a rapidly expanding international manager of hotels, resorts, serviced residences in Asia Pacific and Middle East is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our property in Papua for the following position:


To manage, plan, organize, control and manage the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department and all related Guest services. Achieving maximum room sales, total guest satisfaction and must adhere to all the company policy and procedures
To co-ordinate with Human Resources Department in the selecting of staffs and submitting to Management the employee requests. Oversees On-The-Job-Training for subordinates ensures their performances and providing recommendations - transfers & promotions.
Responsible for setting the department training tools such as Job Descriptions, standards and procedures and a comprehensive training program as a guideline for the department operations.
To co-ordinate effectively Inter-Departmental Communication as well as within the department. Keeps all employees informed on significant aspects of the hotel, communicating with all level of staffs.
Do a daily inspection and control to all Front Office sections, ensure that Front Office Employees perform their daily duties according to required standards. Check and ensure that consistency and correct procedures in the service for guest is maintained from the reservation stages to the final departure.
Authorize the acceptance of cash advances, rebate, paid out and refunds on the basis of established procedures.
Monitor and control guest’s credit status to ensure that payment is collectable and received on time. Perform a regular follow up for pending payments to ensure that they are collected.
Keeps total control over the Black Lists and dummy folio to ensure tight revenue control of the department.
To coordinate with the Security in investigating of irregularities and undesirable guests.
Ensure that the business objectives are met i.e. room sales, guest satisfaction etc.
To assist the Sales Team on business leads and hotel trends.
