We are seeking for qualified candidate to fill a position as:

GENERAL OFFICE CLERK

Denpasar-Bali

Responsibilities:
General administration and communication.
Answering phones, greeting visitors, answering correspondence.
Manage inventory of office supplies and stationary.
Payroll preparation and timekeeping; Keep track of leave time, such as annual leave, personal and sick leave, for employees. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
Cashier; Performing general accounting tasks: invoices, statements, records, deposits.
Support Project Manager/Office director.
Arrange business travel; hotels, tickets, visas, etc.
Managing schedules and planning frameworks, preparing agendas and organizing meetings.
Keep record of paper works validity and arrange for extension.

Requirements:
Minimum D3
Minimum 1 year experienced
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Responsible, honest, focused, and dependable.

Requirements:

Male, with age 35 - 45 years old
Any discipline background with bachelor degree (S1)
Min 5 years experienced in Car Rental industries.
Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill and Leadership skill
Detail, target oriented and deep knowledge in transportation services operation
Customer Excellence attitude
Willingness to work at Bali Office
