FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

Need 3 person

Responsibility :
To ensure that this department operates efficiently
To ensure that every guest receives the welcome expected at the hotel, as detailed in the front office manual
To implement and continue the company’s policies procedures as detailed in the front office manual, and the standards expected are attained for all departments within the front office.
Requirement :
Male and Female
Age max 35 years old
Minimal education Senior high school preferable from Hotel and Tourism education
Experience minimal 1 year in the same position as a front office or as a receptionist at hotel and service apartment .
Able to communicate in Japanese language (Spoken and written)
Familiar with computer system, OPERA system.
