KITCHEN/FOOD PRODUCTION INSTRUCTOR

Qualification:
Male, Mature with age max 45 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Production or Diploma, with 4 years experience at the same capacity in large scale Catering Company or as Executive Chef min at Hotel ****
Familiar with Indonesia, Oriental and Western Cuisine.
Familiar with variation of cycle menu.
Has trainer certified, can conduct F & B training, HACCP training, FSMS / USPH training.
Strong leadership qualities, a self starter with excellent interpersonal and analytical skill
Able to operate a Computer ( Ms Office, Power Point )
Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent.
Target oriented and able to work independently
Willing to travelling at remote area
Willing to be placed at Branch Office Balikpapan ( East Kalimantan )
